Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike is set to present 2020 Budget to the Rivers State House of Assembly.
According to one of his aides, the governor will present 2020 Budget to the assembly this month.
Recalled that Gov. Wike has not constitute his cabinet since the inception of his second term in office.
Wike had gave reasons that he is still looking for qualified persons that are ready to serve the State.
He reiterated that no level of critics will push him to bring people that are not ready to work for the State as Commissioners.
Wike is now working with Permanent Secretaries, Secretary to State Government, SSG, Attorney General and Chief of Staff.
Wike is not the only governor working without Commissioners.
However, it will be recalled that out of the 29 governors that were elected to either second term or first term, only 10 had form their cabinets.
His counterpart in Akwa Ibom, Udom Emmanuel has presented N597.8bn for 2020 fiscal year.
While Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State said his budget will only focus on projects.
