Saraki send strong words to INEC

The former Senate President, Senator Burkola Saraki has send strong words to Independence National Electoral Commission, INEC, Police, Military and other agencies saddled with the responsibility to conduct free and acceptable elections as Kogi and Bayelsa States goes into elections today, 16 November.

Saraki who is the leading the PDP in the Bayelsa elections urge the INEC to be sincere in their today’s responsibility, that election should be free and fair.

He said election should not be war, people should be allowed to make their choice.

His words: “I call on those responsible for ensuring a safe and free election to do all it takes to see that today’s elections in Kogi and Bayelsa States are peaceful and credible, and not a scene of intimidation, violence and blood bath.
He also wished the people of the State God’s protection as they conduct themselves in a civil manner to elect the person who will governed them in the next four years.
