President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa has been replaced.
Justice M. L. Garba is now to head the Presidential Election Tribunal after the exit of Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa.
Justice M. L Garba, who is the Presiding Justice of the Lagos Division of the Court of Appeal is among the five justice who will decide the fate President Buhari and Atiku Abubarkar in the election cases pending before the court
Garba, who appeared on the five-man panel for the first time on Monday, replaces the President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa.
Bulkachuwa was petitioned by the PDP candidate, Atiku Abubarkar not to be part of the Judges that will decide his fate because of her affiliation with the APC.
Bulkachuwa had withdrawn from the panel on May 22 following the allegation of likelihood of bias leveled against her by Alhaji Atiku Abubarkar.
