El-Rufai affirmed working for Yahaya Bello

The Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has affirmed that he is working to guarantee the re-election of Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, coming up this Saturday in Kogi State.

El Rufai, who is the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Campaign Council of Kogi State, unveiled that he is as of now battling to convince individuals of the state to decide in favor of Bello for a subsequent term.

He expels the indicated gossip being ascribed to him that he has pulled out from his job.

In an announcement gave on Sunday by his Special Adviser on Media and Communication, Muyiwa Adekeye, El Rufai guaranteed that he would give his best to every one of his assignments, including that the Kogi political decision won’t be extraordinary.

Governor El-Rufai said, he and other members of the campaign council, ‘’will be on the ground in Kogi this week as the APC works for another democratic mandate.”

In a statement released by the governor: ‘’The people of Kogi State will make their free choice at the ballot. Therefore, every political actor has a duty to ensure that the voters act on the basis of accurate information, not lies and fake news.

He said: ‘’APC will continue to campaign to lure the people of Kogi State to renew the mandate they gave our party four years ago. That is the focus of the Malam Nasir El-Rufai and the members of APC Campaign Council.’’

However, the election will be holding simultaneously with Bayelsa governorship election same day.

Meanwhile El-Rufai is working for Yahaya Bello for his re-election and this might be one of his strategies for 2023 Presidential road map.
