Breaking: Kano loses another prominent son to ‘mysterious deaths’

Another prominent son of Kano State, Professor Balarabe Maikaba is dead.
Maikaba was a Professor of Mass Communication.
Until his death, he was a staff of Bayero University in Kano (BUK).
He died on Sunday and has since been buried according to Islamic rites.
This is one of the most shocking mysterious deaths of top Kano citizen.

Others are Salisu Lado, Nene Umma, Garba Sarki Fagge, Shamsiyya Mustapha, Rabiu Dambatta, Kabiru Ibrahim Bayero and mother of a businessman, Ado Gwanja.
However, some of them are reportedly died of coronavirus while some are from the Kano mysterious death.
Meanwhile, Kano State government acknowledged the recent deaths in the state and promising to be on the top of the situation.
This was also as it quickly said that deaths are not connected to the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to Kano State Commissioner of Information, Muhammad Garba, Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has already directed the state Ministry of Health to conduct a thorough investigation into the immediate and remote causes of the deaths.

A former Commissioner of Education, Aminu Yahaya, had earlier died Sunday morning.
