Atiku reacted to the ruling of supreme court

Presidential Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja, on Wednesday struck out an application filed by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Atiku defeats INEC.

The application was to strike out the request of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and its presidential candidate in the 2019 general races, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, for not joining the Vice-President, Yemi Osinbajo.

The Tribunal said the intrigue by INEC was awkward, as excluding the Vice President can’t make Atiku’s request bumbling.

Ensuing upon this decision, judgment on the fundamental issue will, consequently proceed.

Pressure is now high noticeable all around in front of the presidential court’s which is currently set to control on the request by Atiku and PDP trying to exclude President Muhammadu Buhari as the victor of the last presidential decision.

A presidential designation driven by Buhari’s head of staff, Abba Kyari is as of now situated in the court.

Some of them are Governor of Plateau State, Simon Lalong, Minister of Justice and Attorney-General of the organization, Abubakar Malami, National administrator of the APC, Adams Oshiomhole, Ministers of Works and Housing, Raji Fashola, Minister of Labor and Employment, Chris Ngige, Minister of State, Niger Delta, Festus Kayamo among others.
