Aso Rock Presidential Director, Laetitia Naankang Dagan, has been assassinated by unknown gunmen.
This online media platform understands that Laetitia was an Assistant Director in Aso Rock, Nigeria’s Presidential Villa in Abuja, the nation’s capital territory.
Jalal Arabi, who is the Permanent Secretary, State House, Abuja, confirmed this shocking story on Tuesday, February 18, saying that the 47-year-old Dagan from Plateau State, was gruesomely murdered in her apartment by unknown men.
Arabi said until her demise, she worked in her office on Monday, February 17 till 8 pm, but by 11 pm, he was reported dead as she was killed by assassins.
However, the Permanent Secretary described the killing of Dagan, Assistant Director of Administration in the State House, as “a painful loss, not only to her immediate family but also the entire State House.”
“She was a dedicated, hard-working officer, and we all feel pained by her dastardly and untimely death,” Arabi told her family members during a condolence visit.
“We all share in your grief and pains, but be consoled by the fact that she lived a good life and contributed her best to the services of her nation.” The Permanent Secretary submitted.
He put his confident on the Nigerian Police to bring the culprits to book; “the Police will fish out the killers of Laetitia and the law will take its course.”
