Akwa Ibom youths has taken to social media again to reply Governor Udom Emmanuel on his comments concerning youth activities on social media.
Udom had frowned at the habit of some youths in the State, for using social media to insult elders.
According to the governor, this unruly behaviour by the some youths is a result of poor upbringing.
He admonished them to stop using social media to abuse elders and especially those in leadership positions.
In response to the governor’s comment, the youth took to the social media to respond to the governor’s advise.
“His Excellency, i think we are a product of our environment, goat cannot give birth to a bird or lion.

“Using political office to tell lies is an exhibition of poor upbringing.
“His Excellency this table you are shaking, i hope if we break the legs you will be happy. Where did we learn the insult from and do we have elders that have good upbringing.
“Who was our great teacher and who taught who?
“Did somebody respected Obong Attah, father of Akwa Ibom State? How was he treated before now.
“Sir don’t shy aware from the truth. there is nothing like Poor Upbringing we all die here because we are in it together, telling lies in governance is the worst poor upbringing.
“So we should keep quiet and allow you people to chart away with our resources? Please expect more from us because our future is more important to us than your good upbringing. Reactions from social media by youths.
However, the governor said the consequences of not paying attention to children brings about youth restiveness, deviance, and lawlessness experienced in society.
