Senator Adeleke is challenging the victory of Governor Oyetola which he claimed that he won the election which was conducted last year september.

The judgement today will between Governor Isiaka Oyetola of the APC and Senator Ademola Adeleke of the PDP will declare the real winner of Osun governorship.

Recalled that the decision of the tribunal that Adeleke won the election at the first ballot on September 22 and the decision from INEC to rerun the election after one week was illegal.

The five-member panel of the appeal court on May 9, however, upheld the victory of Oyetola as duly elected governor of Osun state.

However, the Jummai Sankey’s led Panel delivered the judgement with three members out of five members of the panel supporting the lead judgement that Oyetola was the winner.

Adeleke took the case to Supreme Court for final legal redress hoping get justice today as it will be delivered.

Senator Adeleke had boosted that he will returned home today as the governor of Osun state but also urge his supporters to be prayerful.

Speaking with our correspondence APC spokesperson, Kunle Oyatomi, said, “We are hopeful of victory at the Supreme Court”.

Kunle said his party has also gone spiritually like the PDP’s camp by praying in all the federal constituencies and God will answer them by retaining Gboega Oyetola as governor of Osun state.

This Online media understands that the PDP chieftain promised that his party the PDP will concede defeat if the judgement does not favour them but the APC publicity secretary said the party is not planning for defeat.
