COZA: Police grant Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo bail

Fatoyinbo granted bail

The embattled senior Pastor and founder of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo has been granted administrative bail by the Nigerian Police.

Fatoyinbo was arrested by the Police in connection to the rape allegation against him on Timi Dakolo’s wife, Busola Dakolo, as reported by the Nation newspaper.

Fatoyinbo was on Tuesday interrogated by detectives at the Force Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (FCIID) in Abuja over alleged rape of Busola Dakolo.

Fatoyinbo, however, denied the all allegation leveled against him, saying he has never forced himself on any woman in his entire life.

Pastor Fatoyinbo was granted bail after several hours of interrogating and questioning by detectives over the allegation.

It will be recalled that the celebrity photographer, Busola Dakolo had accused Fatoyinbo of rape assault against him as a teenager.

Meanwhile, the Pastor, Fatoyinbo was granted bail against earlier speculation that he will spent nights in the jail.
