Governor Aminu Masari of Katsina State has disclosed that cows rustlers and arm bandits are granted amnesty by the Northwest governors.

According to him, this was another measures to revive peace within the zone.

Masari created the speech act in an exceedingly report read at the top of a 1 day security and reconciliation meeting with security agents, unpaid worker and volunteer teams, herdsmen and farmers on Thursday in Katsina.

Gov. Bello Matawalle of Zamfara said that the states would provide grazing reserve for the herders for them to settle in one place within the zone.
