Miniterial list compensation list is what buhari sent to the senate

Former Presidential Candidate, Dr. Thomas-Wilson Ikubese, has said that President Muhammadu Buhari has sold out Nigerians in the rundown of his 43 ministerial nominees.

Ikubese said the ministerial list of Buhari is just a compensation list and nothing more, we should expect less or nothing.

According to him, President Buhari neglected to keep his prior guarantee of actualizing the 2005 National Gender Policy, which stipulated 35 percent selective positions for ladies.

Ikubese said passing by the few number of ladies among the President’s pastoral rundown, President Buhari had demonstrated that his administration is “sexual orientation threatening.”

He rather portrayed the ministerial list of the President to the Senate as “compensation list.”

Ikubese, who is the Convener of YesWeFit Revolutionary Movement, owned the remark in an expression on Wednesday.

He stated, “The list includes 14 former ministers, 7 former governors among whom are people seen to be fanatically corrupt and various representatives who neglected to win re-election to the Senate, making the rundown filled with reused lawmakers who are not prone to carry anything new to the table.

“President Muhammadu Buhari is basically out to repay the individuals who helped him win the second term election, that’s it!

“Experiencing the 2019 ministerial list sent to the National Assembly by President Muhammadu Buhari after right around two months of pausing, it has now turned out to be evident that very little stands to be accomplished by the Buhari organization in the following four years.

“The 43 people’s list, which includes 7 ladies and 36 men, is sex antagonistic, as ladies have demonstrated that they are not less blessed than their male partners. President Buhari, in March 2015, had pledged to execute the 2005 National Gender Policy, which stipulated 35 percent designated positions for ladies, just to choose 6 females out of the 36 Ministers, making up 16.7% females into his bureau at that point.

“The President rehashed this guarantee during his 2019 re-appointment offer, just to wind up naming 7 females out of an all out number of 43 arrangements, coming up to 16.9%, in selling out of his prior attestation.

“Maybe, most discouraging is the way that the rundown contains 14 previous priests, 7 previous governors among whom are people seen to be fanatically degenerate and various legislators who neglected to win re-appointment to the Senate, making the rundown filled with reused lawmakers who are not prone to carry anything new to the table.

“President Buhari genuinely satisfied his words that he would just select those he knows, which is most deplorable in light of the fact that, for Nigeria to move to the following level, he needs to scout for unmistakable Nigerians crosswise over partisan principals, young people who are rising with new thoughts that can turn Nigeria around inside a brief timeframe and not really those he knows.

“Absent much ado, it is perfectly clear that this Ministerial List is only a Compensation List! President Buhari is essentially out to repay the individuals who helped him win the subsequent term ticket, that’s it! These chosen people are absolutely not equipped for taking Nigeria to the following degree of improvement.

“On the off chance that President Buhari had thought of a guide for every one of the segment for his residency, at that point quite possibly there would have been no compelling reason to stress over this group, on the grounds that pretty much anybody could situate on the service and manage its execution.

“However, sadly, President Buhari does not have a guide for the residency of his organization.

“Along these lines, it will remove a from the-container thinking Minister to produce an outcome arranged guide, a component that is deficient in this group.

“We encourage Nigerians to fix their safety belts for another term of wild involvement as this group, set up together by President Buhari, does not have the stuff to move Nigeria to the Promised Land.

“Ideally, there will be promising end to present circumstances, after the equitable exit of this organization.”
