Alhaji Atiku Abubarkar has reacted to President Muhammadu Buhari’s ministerial nomination list sent to the Senate for approval.
The People’s Democratic Party’s candidate is the 2019 Presidential election has blasted Buhari on the weak tactics he is using to divert Nigerian attention from the real issues.
The Waziri of Adamawa through his spokesperson,Paul Ibe accused Buhari of trying to divert the attention of the country from the clash between Shi’ite and police with the release of the ministerial list.
It will be recalled that on Monday 22, the Shiite movement clashed with the Nigerian Police in protest for the release of the Shiite leader, Ibrahim El-Zakzaky.
The clash took about 12 lives including a corp (NYSC) member served with Channels TV and a police officer.
According to Ibe, Buhari’s ministerial list is to divert attention from the thirteen persons killed recently during the protests of the Shiites over the continuous detention of their leader, Ibrahim El-Zakzaky.
Monday, July 22, protest claimed the life of a deputy police commissioner, Umar Usman, who was in charge of operations at the Federal Territory Police Command.
Also, 11 Shiites members were killed in a protest and now the president uses ministerial list to divert the attention of Nigerians
“Buhari releases ministerial list ostensibly to deflect the narrative of the avoidable deaths following the Shiites protest of Monday,” Ibe tweeted.
Former Ministers like Chris Ngige, Hadi Sirika, Rotimi Amaechi, Adamu Adamu, Mohammed Adamu, Babatunde Fashola and Lai Mohammed who were grossly incompetent are returning to deceived Nigerians with thier myopic and incompetency.
Others that made the list are Uche Ogah, Emeka Nwajuiba, Sadiya Farouk, Musa Bello, Godswill Akpabio, Sharon Ikeazor, Ogbonnaya Onu, Akpa Udo, and Adebayo (Ekiti).
However, the likes of Timipre Sylva, Adamu Adamu, Shewuye (Borno), Isa Pantami, Gbemi Saraki, Ramatu Tijani, Clement Abam were also on the list of nominees.
