Asala is dead as APC mourns

The Vice Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State, Chief Ropo Asala, is dead. APC vice chairman is dead.

The political leader died at the age of 54 years as APC mourn.

In a statement released by the APC chieftain in Lokoja on Sunday:

Asala gave up the ghost at his hometown, Egbe in Yagba West Local Government today, Sunday 13.

The dead of Asala came as a shock and unacceptable at this point. He lamented

According to the state Publicity Secretary of APC, Mr Jibril Abu, the party console with the family, friends and associates of Asala, urges them to bear his fortitude.

The ruling All Progressive party made a promised to stand assists the family members in in this trying time and also to help them in the future.

Meanwhile, the governor and the leader of the party  Gov. Yahaya Bello described of Asala’s dead as a great minus to APC family and the Kofi people.

Moreover Yahaya Bello released a statement through his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Onogwu Mohammed.

He said Asara the late Vice Chairman was a true party man and patriotic in the services of humanity.

“The state has lost a selfless leader and a peacemaker. We promise to stand with the family at this moment of

Asala,  governor urged them to take solace in the quality of peaceful life he lived.

Asala Our Vice Chairman Died as a good Party Man

Before his dead he has served in different capacity, the late APC chieftain was, a two-time Chairman of Yagba West Local Government and a former Councillor in the same council.
